"We’ve been working with Araceli for about 20 years and she’s always been super helpful and a great advocate for us. She’s very attentive whenever we have questions or need to make changes to our policy, and has gone above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. State Farm’s policy regarding young drivers is especially great and the discounts available when you put together multiple policies (we have cars and two homes insured with them). "I recently put in a claim with State Farm because someone hit my car while it was parked. Araceli not only walked me through the process, but also recommended a great auto shop to take my car to. I was already stressed about having to repair my car, but the entire process went so smoothly. I was able to do everything right from my phone and got my car back in one week. I had zero Issues with the repair shop or my rental. I was picked up by enterprise and everything was covered. All I had to pay was my deductible. Best experience for a stressful situation."
